Kathleen feels overwhelmed by her attraction to Gabriel. She think that being with him means losing herself, It's up to Gabriel to prove that he is not going to do that. This is a great listen the characters are well written and relatable. the narration is excellent

What does Meghan Kelly bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you had only read the book?

I liked the fact that she made the characters real.

I am not a fan of domination. It was with mixed emotions that I continued to listen to this, hoping that Kathleen would not give up her independence for the sake of a man. The thing with these stories is that we never quite know if she retains her independence or become totally controlled by her man. Is a promise enough?

I’d really like to see more from this couple. I feel like the leading lady has just the right amount of attitude to cause this alpha some trouble. With good characters and a great storyline I really did enjoy it. A fantastic performance from Meghan as per usual.
