I listened to this book during a short break after a long day and it honestly made me smile. It was gentle and kind and had a warm feeling all the way through. The message was simple but really sweet and I liked how it helped me slow down for a bit. It’s the kind of story that leaves you feeling lighter without trying too hard. Even though it was short it stayed with me longer than I thought it would.

Experiencing Petunia’s journey felt like stepping into a warm daydream where every creature, big or small, has a role to play. The story doesn’t shy away from the unease that many feel around bees, but it handles the subject with kindness and understanding. Each encounter taught me something new, not just about the insects, but also about facing everyday challenges. There’s a sense of wonder in how the details of the meadow come alive—flowers, sunshine, and those buzzing little pollinators. By the end, I was left admiring Petunia’s courage and newfound bond with the very critter she once feared, all told in a delightfully gentle tone.

This is a great story for kids! It teaches them about the bee while being entertaining

I gave the performance a 4 only because there was about a 15-20 second dead air spot between chapter 2 and 3. Otherwise she was great and had a good voice for storytelling

Learning can bee fun!
