I will miss Dr. Michael Mosley for all the great tips he gave in his podcasts like this one. I quickly gained weight, and I trust that he came to the rescue with this fasting advice, I'm going to follow it with confidence, remembering him.

really love this guy and his research. thanks to him I don't have to hide the fact that I fast regularly, it is now accepted.

only wish he would slow down a bit when he talks ( not too much mind) I do get a bit tired just from listening 🤣

A great introduction to the science and research behind Dr. Michael Moseley's work. A brief explanation is given of what is involved in his weight loss and improved nutrition and health plans. I have read the 5:2 but have now downloaded the Fast 800 and Clever Guts. Michael Moseley is fascinating to listen to and I am looking forward to listening to the Fast 800 next.

This interview gives a broad brush perspective of his writing to date. I have read all his books and follow his nutritional/healthy eating/living advice.

I hope he investigates the impact of stress and the various forms of meditation/mindfulness in the future.
