Winter was supposed to be a time for Ard to relax and train; instead, he finds himself repairing a ruined city. The battle at Faylin has made waves, and people are starting to have expectations for Ard and, more importantly, for Gwen. The Elder Trial is set, and Ard heads back into the den of vipers that is the capital.

While his mother prepares to become an Elder and take over House Aldis, Ard is plotting and planning to ensure he doesn't get caught up in Carmilla's machinations this time around.

In the far distance, you can almost hear the drums of war warming up as the frost thaws. While Avente fights over their leadership, Garrish is preparing their invasion.

A male fantasy book through and through, all action, heroic deeds and many women. Not something I’d listen to at work, but certainly a super enjoyable listen during personal time.

The story is light, comfortable, witty, spicy and fun and offers an ideal escape into fantasy setting for any lover of the harem romance genre.

The protagonist always triumphs and if you’re looking for an easy going story where the guy gets the girl -or girls- saves the day and has a cheeky wit, this is the book.

The x rated scenes feel deserved and rewarding and the action scenes are well described. Not the most detailed or deep book, characters at times lack depth and do feel single service, but certainly a story that sparks the imagination.

Voice actors are always top notch.

Sentar just can't stop delivering on peak fiction!
Sienna Greystone plays a bigger role in this book and I love her addition to the harem. She's cool headed, open minded, sexy and madly in love with Ard. Very spicy and sensual scenes!
Ard has moments in this one that make me love his character even more with his no Fs given attitude!
The ending is left on a cliffhanger and I'm excited for more gods and what they will do going forward!

Book 4 for the win!

I won't do a spoiler but I kind of really disliked the the epilogue. Will listen to next but not as keen as I have been.
