About this listen

Gina was forced into marriage with Camden, the Duke of Girton, at an age when she'd have been better off in a schoolroom than a ballroom. Directly after the ceremony, her spouse promptly fled to the continent, leaving the marriage unconsummated and Gina quite indignant.

Now she is one of the most well-known ladies in London and living on the edge of scandal....

I enjoyed the book. Had a lot of laugh out loud moments. The ending was so abrupt though considering that the story dragged on at some bits. Will get the next book in the series with the hope that the characters will appear again and I can get a clue how their story continued

Great book

This book is awash with beautiful women and flawed men. It had its moments but the premise of the plot is la la land. I am not a fan of Justine Eyre but she wasn't too bad.

Lots of Lust and Screaming

I enjoyed this book immensely because I enjoy Eloisa's style but I imagine it must have been one of her early works as it has several anachronisms in it that jar a little. However her characters and dialogue are always enjoyable and Justine Eyre's delivery is spot on. Definitely worth a listen.

Fun but flawed.

Funny, unusual plot, but too long and a bit complicated. But did enjoy it anyway, first of her books.
