Summary

Gabriel Wyatt is a big city Detective living in a small Ohio town. He expects a peaceful existence once he moves from Miami, Florida, but that’s the last thing he finds. Listening to gabe and Josh and the first chapter of their journey being brought to life by Joel Leslie's narration was such a beautiful experience

I felt every emotion that gabe and Josh was going through ups downs laughter tears intensity and uncertainty was incredible

Loved it. Joel was exceptional. Aimee Nicole Walker is a new author to me but won't be for long. Can't wait to continue this series. Josh and Gabe work as a couple and I loved the struggles that happened along the way.

I had previously enjoyed reading this series and was a bit worried the audio version would not do it justice. I was wrong Joel brought the characters to life perfectly, I will listen to this again and again. Can't wait for the audio version of book 2 in the series.
