I struggled through all 6 books. the hints and tips from the author were nice but the protagonist was the most infuriating woman ever!

protagonist wouldn't last a day

I'm halfway through listening but it's hard going, the wheels just keep spinning, the characters are pretty shallow and seem to have limited memories as they do the same things over and over. Mostly during a "tense" part of the story one of the main characters just wanders off in her head babbling on about what ifs and in their shoes stuff. I'll try and finish the series but it's not looking promising. , later, couldn't finish, main character was so logical and shallow.

A very good boxset that makes you wonder what life would be like during a grid down situation.
Doubt many here in the UK would survive as easily, probably end up back in the stone age!
