Summary

This audio book didn’t disappoint. The narrator had a lovely voice. It did seem she spoke a little fast, but I soon got used to it. You could amend the speed if you wished. It was a good story indeed, and throughly enjoyed it. I found it quite suspenseful, and will listen to it again.

The story is quite good but the narration is annoying. Either it’s AI, it’s someone not English acting with an English accent, or it’s someone who doesn’t speak terribly well faking the accent because the pronunciation of many words is appalling and an enormous irritation when trying to listen. It’s a shame because the story is quite sweet.
