I like his suggestion of starting each day with the listening specifically for its date and journaling one's thoughts along with it.

There's a variety of information throughout, yet not too much information. Since I'm an empath and connected to the metaphysical, I can say it's truly a steadfast beginners guide to many different aspects of the metaphysical world such as essential oils, psychic abilities, energy and energy healing.

It's hard to be an empathy. The author here forgoes the strict scientific approach in order to identify with your real-life experience of empathy, and offers useful advice and encouragement.
