The workbook was the best. I love bundles and this did not disappoint. Best chapter of the first book was “Empowered Social and Romantic Life”, and my favorite chapter in the workbook is “Empowered Organization”. Finally, an audiobook that actually "get is" and understand the issues I struggle with. I found this to be very insightful, you can tell the author either has ADHD or has really researched it well. the advice is straightforward and easy to follow( which I greatly appreciate). As I was listening at times I felt like the author knew me, it really hot home for me.
