To a 66 year old me, this book resonates...... you can tell Dawn put her heart and soul into this. Thanks Dawn, my grandsons bedroom is decorated thanks to being able to listen to this to make the time fly. I loved the depth of understanding, the rawness of emotions and the cognitive pro life and death arguments - with the addition of laugh out loud shocking humour! This is the first Dawn French book I’ve read/listened to - it was definitely enhanced by her amazing ability to capture and transmit her characters. I felt that I ‘recognised’ everybody, especially Etta. This is a book to cherish - touching on the deep and profound topic of when and what is ‘enough’…
