Consider me wowed again, what an amazing conclusion. I love the direction Jax Hart took “The Devil & His Dove” series, in the first book “Enslaved” he brings you into a dark and twisted world. We meet Christos, aka el Diablo, a hardcore alpha Dom, self proclaimed devil with no heart or conscience. with this dark and twisted series. He takes a young innocent girl from California forces her into his world, makes her his sub. She falls for him, he claims he has a rare condition and is unable to feel emotions. After he betrays her she escapes his hold. In the second book “Enraptured” he finds and captures her, determined to never let her go again. He has second thoughts and decides to set her free which breaks her heart. In Entwined, Christos works to redeem himself, learning to live with the devil within. He still wants Jesse but thinks she is not ready for him yet, so she is off living her life. After spending time with her family in California she decides to go to school in England, calling in favors to get her in. She turned out to be one smart cookie, knowing how to get what she wants and make things happen. Kudos to Jesse! She keeps an eye on the news to see what he is up to, sees the good he is doing. She still want him and eventually the two make it back together again. He clips his Doves wings and they leave their dark world behind and create a new brighter one for themselves. It was a long heard journey for them but the payoff is a grand life and a HEA. Jax Hart, thank you for this great story.

I listened to the Audible edition, narrated by the talented Rodney Falcon. He is an entertaining storyteller and a versatile voice performer. He brings the characters to life, giving each their own unique voice and personality making it easy to follow them and their story. Thank you for another awesome listen 🎧.

This book had me on the very edge of my chair biting my nails and desperate for the ending. There were many twists that I found enjoyable and didn’t see coming.

I really enjoyed this last book in the series. I’ve grown to love the different sides of El Diablo, but his wicked side is my favourite! Rodney gives a fantastic performance, giving these characters personalities.

This entire series was absolutely amazingly hot, dark and well written. If I wasn't already a Jax Hart fan before, I would definitely be one by the end of this series. Includes some seriously toe curling and desirable intimate scenes and perfectly imperfect characters. This was the grand finale to a well written series by this talented author.

Love this narrator in this type of role, his voice is absolutley perfect for Christos. Another excellent performance by this narrator and I can't wait for more!
