I have always had yo-yo weight issues until I found this book. This book shows you how to retrain your thinking into not just a calories-in-calories-out way of thinking. This is the 2nd book in this series and I have loved both audiobooks. Very empowering and motivating because the book has helped me to understand my limiting beliefs and why I have the eating habits that I do. Instead of just thinking about weight loss- I am thinking about eating healthier to take care of myself emotionally and physically. The guided meditations and affirmations have made such a big difference in my mindset, making it easier for me to stick to healthier habits. I have been an emotional eater for a long time, my go to was always soda and candy. The more I listen to the affirmations and the guided meditations I feel more in control of my cravings and it has been easier to recognize why I am craving sugar and choose a better option when I get stressed. I am being more patient with myself as I create these new habits ,and I am more motivated to achieve my goals. Love the guided meditations- I feel better after listening to them. Great book!
