This book has the be the most unbiased, and most simplistic way of explaining fat loss I’ve ever heard. He lays it all out for you to make your own decisions. Has some great tips and habits with info on how to implement them into your life style. Not only that but his words and message are just so compassionate to the reader. It makes a big change to hear this message in such a kind way. Well done Ben.

I've been following Ben Carpenter on Facebook and recently went through his Fat Loss Habits content. I really appreciate how practical and science-based his advice is. He breaks down fat loss into simple, sustainable habits without the usual hype or extremes. His approach is realistic, encouraging, and backed by solid evidence.

This book is written with such care and understanding. The balance of information and authenticity is so refreshing. It isn’t telling you to jump through a million unrealistic hoops, but walks with you to help you find tangible and achievable ways to build healthy and sustainable changes to your life. I wish it was at least an hour longer to listen to! I wish this book was handed to people the first time they start thinking about fat loss so they don’t drown in the noise of diet culture.

Loved this book. Well written, easy to understand, plenty of eureka moments that explained to me why things haven’t worked for me in the past, separates the wheat from the chaff in terms of fad diets and dieting strategies. Everyone who wants to lose weight, be healthier or fitter, or has a problem with yo-yo dieting should read this book. I follow Ben on social media so knew I would like his style of information giving, and he did not disappoint.
