I found it very interesting and enlightening. This could change society if Governments and health care providers took note.
In depth and scientific but could be revolutionary

What this book did help me appreciate was that avocados and eggs are super foods, along with coconut oil and flax seed. It also helped me realise that ALL carbs are converted into sugar by my body and that cancer cells LOVE sugar and carbs.
So I'll keep that in mind if I ever get cancer.
I gave up wheat months ago before this book and already found myself eating much more meat and fatty foods as a result because otherwise I get really hungry. So I already do a lot of what this book suggests. But as for rigorously following this diet, nah, definitely not for me. I think we need a balance of proteins, carbs, fats, fruit and veg etc. Sometimes I simply crave fruit or veg or carbs. This diet seems too extreme and forced to me and my body doesn't cope well with it
Plus I do get hungry a lot when I only eat fats.
Illuminating but not for me
