I was nervous of driving our horsebox after a couple of bad experiences, but with a camp booked a couple of hours drive away I really had to sort myself out fast. A few listens to this were enjoyable, but I was still skeptical about it effectiveness until I was bombing about the roads, happy and relaxed. Extremely impressed and pleased. I'm now wondering what else these hypnosis audios can do for me

The meditation was ok nothing special. Narrator voice is pleasant. Definitely not too long. I’m not sure I would recommend tho. Very unsure of what I was listening to.
