There are many ways to meditate and I have tried quite a few. This book feels like a collection of best practices from all ways. I would recommend this to all levels of meditation.

I’d recommend this book to anyone that suffers from negative thoughts and in general wants to improve their life in some shape or form. Author narration in this course is outstanding. One of the best audiobooks I’ve got this year. 🙂

I've been consciously growing and focusing on my self-growth for more than a decade, and I still learned a ton about myself from this audiobook. This book ended up being actually what I trusted it would be: simple, succinct, and doable. The way the sections are composed is excessively useful and permits this book to be a get and go-to book, contingent upon what your needs are at the time.

This book will begin by explaining all the basics you need to know about emotions. It will teach you all you need to know about stress management, anxiety management. Also, it will help you with anger management by teaching you some of the most effective techniques and strategies for mastering your emotions and learning emotional intelligence.

I love how this book is very specific to moods and what influences our moods which then in turn affects our overall outlook on life. Emotions can either work with us for the good or take us down and off course in our lives and take away the opportunity to be happy and to allow us to continue with our personal development. My daughter struggles with her emotions and her moods and when things are good, they're good but when they're bad, things are really bad. I have been trying to figure out how I can best help her without fixing the problem because we can't seem to nail down the problem. Instead, I want to equip her with tools to help her be able to identify when her mood is falling negative and what she can do to help crawl back out of the hole.

The author empowers readers with the knowledge that they don't have to passively accept being on a rollercoaster of emotions but instead teaches them how to help level out their moods. There are a lot of practical steps in here that we are already implementing which include meditation practices to help her clear all the junk from her mind so she can focus on herself but in a good way. Very happy to have found this book and highly recommend to others.
