Listener received this title free

I enjoyed the storyline, characters, and pacing of the story. Luke and Adam have immediate chemistry, but soon find out they're on opposing sides in a court custody case. They come together with odds stacked against them, and the journey has some bumps, but the HEA is worth it. The narration was consistent & the character voices were easily distinguished. The narration style/pacing was not to my personal taste, but mine is only one opinion.

The chemistry between Luke and Adam was ok.

Personally, there were several things that made this story too far fetched; Adam helping his opposition being the main one. Luke’s brother’s role was minimum even though Luke was supposed to be fighting to keep him.

Sadly, this one wasn’t my cup of tea.

I thought this was a brilliant book and I really enjoyed listening to it as it was fun to follow Adam and Luke as they are on opposing sides but that doesn’t stop their attraction to each other.

Another great story by JP Oliver. Loved the characters and was happy to join them on their journey. Barney Parkwynne did a nice job with the narration.
