long book that took a LONG time to get going, then another slow spot later on.

Spent most of the book wishing I was reading/listening to Harper and Luke’s story but I can't now that it was basically told. HATE when authors do this!

Narrator was excellent but had to listen to most of it at 2x speed to get through all the slow parts.

I wasn't a fan of Harpers story, however I did like the writing style. I was reluctant when a friend told me to read this one, but I'm really glad I did. I'm only half way through. I just love these two. There's more character development and the story is really good.
