This book is very in-depth and is a much needed fitness resource. I liked the details about what happens to our bodies when we age. Most (including me) don't see this stuff coming and then "wham" we're out of shape wondering how we got here. So, I liked the precise solutions for the body changes we undergo as seniors. I also liked the chapter about safety, which is important especially if you're just starting out with exercise. The narration is really good and the book is well written, oh and it comes with a free ebook...which is really handy!

This book starts with laying out the the importance of balance in our old age and the different causes of nasty spills that can injure us. It then goes into a actual exercise routine that you'll be using to increase your balance as well as build muscle in the critical spots to decrease the likelihood of a spill in the first place.

As a person who is "Senior", I am very interested in the best ways to exercise. I really need to work on balance. And having more energy is always a good idea too. 15 minutes is certainly an achievable goal.
I like the way all the exercises are described. It was very easy for me to visualize how to do them. I look forward to using the exercises to increase strength.
The book also has great diet suggestions and guidance.
I highly recommend this book to all older adults.
