I’ve had to stop listening to this as it is being read by a robot. Very offputting

I couldn't get into the book because of the dire style of the narration. I tried several times but the person telling the story had a highly unusual and irritating way of moving from high to low inflection whilst reading long sentences without drawing a breath. Very off putting!
