OMG! It's an incredible story that twists and turns in so many directions. I was on the edge of my seat during some sections of the book. 

There is nothing more deadly and destructive than hatred and greed. Humans are capable of doing the most horrendous things under their influence.

I fell in love with the darling children in this story. They made me smile and swoon. 

With sizzling chemistry, suspense, danger, miss-trust, and a surprising twist, Garrick and Knoah's story is heart wrenching. A deliciously must read. Although I was disappointed that the first book ended on a cliffhanger, I found the conclusion to be absolutely worth it. In the same way as the first book, this was also brilliantly narrated.

Absolutely loving this series. I love a good romance and this one had me holding my breath until the very end. Lots of great characters and I’m hoping a certain 2 of them are in the next book because I’d love to know what they’ve been up to. I’m going straight to that book now.

Something was off with these two books. The pace for sure. Sometimes I felt like there was a lot said about nothing and other times a lot of things happened at once and it was hard to keep up. It was a love story and yet it was not. It was just too much too soon. Way too fictional. No Man ever knows this percectly how a woman feels. I was seriously waiting for the plot to turn supernatural at any moment in the first book. I kinda feel like the most I liked about this book is the story of the side characters, which gets meg conflicted, because the third book is supposed to be about them, so I want to listen to it, but I am also afraid I will get disappointed.
