Well I’ve never read/listened to anything like this book before. It’s a good storyline with good characters, I did get a little lost with all the different characters at one point. Good narration.

There were a lot of characters and things going on that made this book a bit hard to follow. The narration wasn’t bad just wasn’t my taste. I felt like i was being read at instead of being sucked into the story like I normally feel and kind of like I was part of a kindergarten class at story time.

Sadly, the story was not to my taste, and I did not enjoy the narration at all - partly because I am from the UK, and find Victoria Robinson's american accent difficult.

I am sorry that this is my first review for this year and decade, but it was a struggle to keep going with this one.
the story is not interesting, the (too many) main characters are flat and not engaging.
I'm not sure if the numerous repetitions are a result of poor writing and editing, poor narrating or simply an uninterested tech person who didn't check the recording before publishing it.
the narrator sounds tired and as if forced to record this book (can't say that I blame her).
I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
