I'm not usually a dark thriller fan but I loved the premise so decided to give it a go. I was sucked into this book immediately. There are some books that take me a bit of time to get into the swing of but not this! The voice was so compelling, as are the characters, and the pacing was on point! I also appreciated how CLEVER Brianna is. She never dismissed obvious clues or clearly suspicious things, which I just loved. The whole cast are great, honestly. Everyone feels distinct. The book has some sci-fi to it as well, but it's so grounded and easily believable.

And the narrator of the audiobook did such a wonderful job bringing everyone to life.

Then that twist! I was not prepared! But as soon as it dropped it made everything fall into place in the most brilliant way! Unbelievably clever. Honestly I was so impressed.

A fantastic, fast-pased thriller with a heck of a twist!

An extremley well written story that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Just when you think you have the answers...you dont 😱

The narrator is excellent and really brings this story to life, ill be looking out for more of their work 100% 👍

I can't recommend both, the author and narrator enough, as this really was, absolutley excellent from start to finish 🙂👌
