About this listen

Being a forty-year-old former child star who finds out she’s an immortal Demon Goddess comes with challenges.

Huge Challenges.

One might think fighting the bad guy and coming out on top would earn me a vacation… One would be wrong. I’d stirred up a hornet’s nest that could end existence as we know it. Not my best move.

I know more about acting than Goddess-ing, but that won’t stop me. I’m about to assume the character and plow though the script to the very end even though I’m wildly underrehearsed and more adept at sitcoms than action movies with real life consequences.

Too bad, so sad.

With the love of my Immortal life by my side, a bunch of friends, and one cranky frenemy, we’re going to rewrite the plot and switch up the movie from a horror story to a happily ever after… Or, we’re going to die trying.

Stay tuned for the epic finale. It’s going to be a doozy.

The last in the series and another hit. Fabulous story very entertaining.

My only criticism, the same as the previous couple of episodes, they are to short at only around 3 hours which worked out very expensive! Good job it has now finished.

So sad to bad

I adore these books, but wish there was FAR less recaps.

Obviously this series is a spinoff of the Good to the Last Death series, and a lot of the main character traits & “plot twists” feel like they’re being recycled.

Each audiobook starts with the last chapter of the previous book, which shortens the book you’ve purchased and are listening too.
Unfortunately there’s a lot of recaps describing characters and events in each book too. “Honey Badger on a cocaine binge” springs to mind!
If these were all cut out along with the first chapter of each book, it could have been made into an EPIC trilogy!

Because of my love for the series, author, narrator and need to know what happened next, I ended up spending a small fortune, which is very frustrating!

Love this author & narrator, but choices should have been made before deciding to stretch it out to 7 books, and then publish!
