I felt broken when I began to listen, stuck in a cycle of despair and self berating, hopeless, ashamed, and not understanding why my wife will only say she "cares" about me and not loves. I felt reassured by the guidance in this book, and learned about letting go and the significance of this especially if we care (& love) out partners. That I need to let go to heal if I am to have hope of rebuilding my life alone but also with the only woman I love and want. That I need to let go of past experiences, patterns of behaviour, and negative communication so as to develop new ways to share life with myself and anyone else. Thank you. I will definitely listen to this book again during my healing journey.
