This book says out loud so much of what it feels like (to me at any rate) to be…. Some turns of phrase that feel fresh and new and I would put up on my wall to re-visit. Some reflections on artistry and creativity that feel totally true and helpful to those of us who wrestle. Some reflections on grief that give words and shapes to things I’d only felt but hadn’t known out loud . It seems a bit much, but I’d say this is a book that shows you how to see yourself looking at the world.
Personally, I’d trust this writer with my time again.
