Thank you for this wonderful upload. Short, useful and above all I love the narrator’s voice. When I was doing this exercise I did come up with a musing which was “do you ever put your hand on your heart and realise that it’s still beating no matter how you are feeling? I find that beautiful, and reassuring.”
