Running at only 37 minutes, you might think this is relatively short for an audiobook - however, I've never stayed awake to hear how this ends, which can only be a good thing.

I liked the calm voice and soothing music. The guided meditation made it easier to switch off my mind at night. It’s simple to follow and great for anyone who hasn't meditated.

I have insomnia and sleep is always such a dreaded struggle. I'm always looking for new things like this to try to fall asleep to. I really liked the narration of this one - the soothing sounds and imagery really enhanced the overall relaxation experience. The meditation techniques that are used to induce a deep state of relaxation are really great for reducing tension and anxiety, setting the stage for good sleep. The guided nature of the meditation makes this great for beginners, as they can just follow along. Overall I would say this one hits on all points and it worth a try if you struggle with getting rest.
