Like many people today I've been looking for better ways to manage stress and to find some peace. I was trying to meditate on my own for months and found it difficult. I was ready to give up, but I didn't. I felt meditation could help me if I could find some guidance, so I did some searching and found this audiobook.

It helps me focus and afterwards I feel great. Usually I find noises (voices) very distracting during meditation, but the authors voice is soothing like a caress though it took a little getting use to hearing someone talk after a long silence.
