A detailed guide that is backed by relevant, thorough, and thought-provoking research. I appreciated how the book took the mystery out of transitioning to a plant-based diet by providing easily resourced, panty-staple, varied, familiar, creative, quick, and easy recipes. My favourites to try are the French toast and chickpea omelette.

Great book that introduction to anyone who is looking to not only better improve their health but their well being and mental health. It’s a great information to learning about the ins and outs of your gut and how to keep everything in check. I love the recipes and the kickstart plan to really put everything I have read into motion. It’s a quick, easy read and easy to follow. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to learn more about their gut how it really impacts the whole body.

This book answered so many questions for me. From why I have constant bloating to brain fog, the answer to many of these questions comes back to diet and proper balance within the body. I was impressed with the authors attention to detail in describing causes, symptoms, and ways to treat common ailments through proper nutrition.

This is a great book for women who needs and wants to lose weight. Best plant-based diet to follow and it looked like its going to be effective. I like how it focuses on the topic and all, its really going to be helpful in so many ways to help you live a heathy life. Great book and clear and good narration.

I have recently been listening to many books specifically about gut health OR about plant-based diets, but this has been a pleasant surprise, offering a combination of all the knowledge related to these lifestyle habits. It discusses numerous benefits of switching to this type of nutrition, including mind + body health as well as offering an ethical take on not consuming animals. This listen is definitely a good place to begin if you're thinking of making the move but aren't sure where to begin or if you're making the right choices nutrition-wise, and it also offers recipes to facilitate the transition to plant-based eating.
