I bought this book for my spouse, and we listened to it together. It's a fantastic guide for women. All these words are from my spouse's perspective. It's a wonderful Audiobook for women who are struggling with digestive problems or being fatigued or anxious most of the time.
This Book consists of awesome tips to teach you about Gut practical health tips which are co-related with the mind's health. At first, it's a little hard for women to take care of without any guide, but with this guide, you'll find everything you need to.
You will also discover major health tips for women, effective healthy habits, helpful tips for naturally healing unhealthy body triggers, and meal plans. Definitely recommend it to all women.

Fantastic audiobook filled with tons of useful and insightful content and information. It’s set out in a clear and easily-undertstandable way, coupled with great narration. I’ve been wanting to address my digestion problems for a while now and this book has been perfect. I have already benefitted from the book’s tips about healing naturally and renewing digestion, and the recipes included with the book are absolutely delicious. And I love that the book gives you techniques to address stress and anxiety too. This is a fantastic resource and Aurora Bloom does an amazing job! Highly recommend!

I've always had to keep an eye on the scale. I've tried literally everything, I read as many books and watched as many documentaries I could on healthy eating and yet I've never come across the link between the foods we eat and gut health and the way it impacts brain function.

Incredible book, jam-packed with helpful tips and advice. The best part is it also includes a meal plan so you can start implementing these strategies straight away!

I have learnt so much from this book. I particularly enjoyed learning of some ways to keep from falling off track, which I have done many times. My best tip? Embrace variety. There are a couple of others too. I also like that the author added some meal plans, which moves this book from abstract knowledge into practicality. Highly recommended.

As a busy mum, I always suffer from digestive difficulties since I eat a big portion when I am free while I skip breakfast most often. This book helps me and guides me how to change eating habit.
It motivates me to cut some foods which are not easily to digest. This can control my weight and reduce my stress level. Overall, it is a great book, 100% recommend it.
