Jacinta Howard is a GENIUS! I love how the characters stay true to their personalities. None of this 'quick, change of heart after 5 minutes of meeting someone who shows them love' business. Nope. Jersey has her own issues, and they don't magically disappear after meeting Jay. Totally realistic behaviour, even if it was frustrating to witness. Loved this story and can't wait to read the other books!

Wesleigh Siobhan and Jakobi Diem narrated brilliantly.

This book to me on a rollercoaster of emotions. It should definitely have a trigger warning as it has some sensitive topics that deeply resonated with me but was beautifully written… I couldn’t even fault it. Such a beautiful nuanced love story.

Girl! Get your tissues ready, sit down and enjoy! Jacinta killed it, wesleigh killed it, I’m dead! The way wesleigh can carry an entire book and make you feel every character, cry for them and love them and want the best for them is amazing true talent. Jacinta delved so deep into Jersey I felt like I was Jersey! 10/10

I loved the storyline and the narrator kept me engaged throughout with her superior handling of all the characters! The main characters were also believable; I wished I’d had something like this to read and identify with as a young adult. Tackles some very relevant themes.
