story itself can just be a bit long and boring sometimes, however its still one of my favorite books, and extremely well performed and presented, which makes well up for it. would buy 10 out of 10 times.

good, but long

I'll always prefer Steven Fry but this definitely a refreshing way to listen to these books. The voice cast is incredible.

a different way of listening.

A brilliant story well performed by majority of the cast. Mad eye and Lupin were stand outs for me, and took me a while to get used to Keira Knightley as Umbridge but she grew on me! Different, but she captured the character well. Harry however...its a no from me. The boy was too whiny and breathy, and not how I imagine he'd sound, dissapointed. Just my opinion!

Great story - wrong fella for Harry

Either all voice actors are limited to sounding like they’re all from the West Country or Scotland or the wrong people were hired. It’s like a poor version of the Archers in places. Such a shame.

Nice idea but could be so much better.

Brilliantly acted. This is the book in which Harry is a petulant self-absorbed Teen. However the acting is so superb it is far less grating than when reading out listening to other narrators. I love it and am really looking forward to HBP.

Superb
