I love Richards book. And this one is entertaining and thought provoking.... I've worked in hospitals and care settings and I've seen a few things in my 30 years....

A really interesting collection of stories (wether they’re credible or true is a different matter) written and narrated in a captivating way. Perhaps a little too heavy on describing medical terms than the paranormal ghost stories but for my taste it gave an insight into people’s experiences without the need to ‘amp up’ the ghostliness. Really enjoyable listen!
Narrator is excellent - where shortfalls in the writing occur their voice keeps you hooked!
