The title says it all. This book is a must have for anyone out there that is hurting and punishing themselves and who is looking to heal that inner child inside of them. I simply love everything about this workbook that contains five workbooks all in one. There is so much healing power provided. Since I listened to this and began putting in the work, I have really discovered my own emotional triggers which is the first step healing that inner child. It has helped me process some very traumatic childhood memories that revolved around my mother passing when I was young and unpacking all the emotions that are intertwined with that. Reparenting my inner child is a new term that I was not aware was a thing, but it has been an amazing journey so far learning how to nurture my inner child.
