There is lots of useful information especially if you’re planning to try sleep training you’re baby or toddler. The main issue I have is that he repeats the same few points and could have made the book a lot shorter. Overall worth a listen.

Good information but repetitive

When does it actually give advice on what to do?! It says it’s a step by step guide, but it’s a lot of dry facts & I’ve yet to come across a plan of action.

Too much repetition
