I've read this book before it came out on audio, and I loved every second of it. This friends-to-lover story is a gripping and emotional read, filled with despair and love. It shows love at it best and it's very worst from 2 different men, and the woman caught in between, because she didn't know how to follow her heart.

I will admit that I think the narrator left a lot to be desired from her performance. While this is very much an individual like/dislike, she didn't measure up to what I imagined in my head. However, I also have to keep in mind that this is one of my all time favourite reads, so that absolutely left big shoes to fill. For a stranger to be able to hit what my mind had already conjured up.

This is my first audio book I’ve listened to by C.R. Jane and let me tell you it was amazing! I’m a massive fan of C.R. Jane’s works already but having the opportunity to listen to her recent audiobook release has been amazing!

This book is amazing, it truly takes you on an emotional rollercoaster! This bully romance is full of raw emotion that explores love at it’s best times and worst times! This book had me tied up in knots and I cannot wait for the next instalment!

The narrator Courtney Wohl does an amazing performance of portraying the characters, and conveys the emotions and feelings really well! I honestly did enjoy this audio book and truly cannot wait for the next one to be released!
