I feel like this book is a bit of a return to form, I liked the last book but this one reminded me of the early books. really funny and excellent death descriptions.
I enjoyed the first quarter of this book the most, James driving everyone nuts with his flippant and irreverent attitude to everything was laugh out loud funny. you would think everyone wanting him dead or him wanting to sleep with everyone would get old but here we are lol

The book was as good as the earlier books in the series. The last couple of books felt like someone else wrote them or the writer was going though the motions. Not bad, but inconsistent. This book was back to awesome, I loved it.

I just cant put into words how much this book brings a smile to my face, the whole series is 25 masterpieces of reading. Hell world is no exception. Entertaining with so many emotions invoked. The book contains references to previous books and McHills goings-on, with humorous anecdotes throughout. please never stop writing undying mercenaries. Highly recommend this book and series. Bv larson has true talent, with Mark Boyett's amazing performance as always.
