Cliched characters, especially the PI, who left the force under a cloud but seemingly is considered more important than the actual DI in it, who was a simpering female. No great shocks at ‘who dunnit’ . Found the PI narration v hammy

I struggled to finish this one. Nothing stood out. The story was OK although the ending seemed rushed. I am not a fan of accentless voices, in this case the narrator made the daughter and mother just sound irritating.
