One moon stand gone very, very wrong....

Magnus: All right, all right, I’ll admit I’ve always been a player in more ways than one. What can I say? Human women love to cheer for me—on the rugby field and in my hotel room after my team, the Edinburgh Rovers, has won.

But my player days are coming to an end. I need an heir—and fast—if I want to hang on to my title as king of the Scottish Wolves. I’ve already decided Tara Hamilton, my new sister-in-law’s best friend, will become my lucky queen. Just one snag in my plan, though...she feckin’ hates me.

All hope seems lost until I “happen” to run into her on a full moon night.

Tara: I have zero desire to serve as an incubator for that ridiculously arrogant Scottish alpha king, Magnus Scotswolf...or have anything to do with his backwater kingdom village.

Listen, I value three things above all else: my freedom, my life among humans in Edinburgh, and my fabulous wardrobe. No way am I giving all that up for an entitled a-hole with a kilometer-long hit-it-and-quit-it list.
