Work really does deliver stressful blows throughout the day, and some come out of nowhere to blindside you. I needed a way to handle the mounting pressure without medication. I wanted to tweak my herbal supplements to handle this..I found this book. What a pleasant surprise. I added in a few recommended in this book and I can already feel the difference.
