Waooh a good book for people with low spirits to take decisions. The book is so inspiring. I loved how you shared your experiences along enumerating what is needed to take a walk. I love your statement that pointed out that the dangers of sitting is the new smoking. Listening to your book was a wake up call for me to get up and start walking. hiking/walking has huge benefits for human health and it's the perfect hormones training and also can play a big role in weight loss as this book explains, the fact that most people who follow diets they ended up back to gaining MORE weight after some time, therefore hiking/walking consistently can bring us big results when it comes to weight loss. I highly recommend this book, no fluff and it straight to the main point. well done
