I agree with what Mik Simpson says about sitting all day, “it’s the new smoking!” It’s 100% true. I have always had jobs that were physical since I was young. Then, as I got older and advanced in my career, I got an office job, and my body felt it. I got depression, sleep apnea, anxiety, and tendon issues. Not to mention the weight gain.
