Nennius
Ninth-century Welsh monk Nennius has traditionally been linked to this purported history of the indigenous Britons. Written around 828, this history has been notable for its mention of certain historical figures and even saints. Most notable, however, is the very first mention of the historical King Arthur as a military leader.

Words such as
Injured pronounced INjerred
Return = RAYturn
Massacre = MassACKered
Gloucester = GLUSter
I can’t believe they would have pronounced these words that way back then when this was written and therefore it makes a difficult listen as I had to jump back and re listen in order to understand you then can’t be sure if the other older place names are pronounced correctly or not. Shame. Was looking forward to this but it disappointed.
Great history, poor narration
