Such a shame. I really enjoyed part one but although the story is great, I just can’t listen to part two. The single male narrator doesn’t seem to change his voice for any of the characters. It’s way too confusing. Just a shame that I wasted a credit on it! 👎

Picking up right where book one left off, we see the emotions and devastation Noah is dealing (or not dealing) with from the get-go. It was fabulous to see him being vulnerable.

I really enjoyed seeing how protective Noah was of Olivia in this book. Seeing him coming to terms with how he felt was an interesting development. We got a little more steam in this instalment, which was great but the best part was seeing how Olivia began to loosen up, let her guard down and enjoy the relationship between her and Noah.

Oof! Another stellar cliffhanger! This one hurt my heart more than the last... I can't wait to see how Noah talks his way out of the situation he has found himself in.

I'm not sure why the narrators were changed but Alexander did an okay job.

Unfortunately I just couldn't continue with the story after the narrator changed. This new voice was extremely aggressive sounding and felt rushed. I love Kendall's stories so not finishing this one doesn't sit right but this voice just isn't for me.
