Good story but spoilt by Carol's assertive voice. I tried to tone it down but

An empty story, badly narrated. I can't bear to not finish a book I have started but this was really difficult to finish, and not worth it when I got there. I didn't care for any of the characters who were two dimensional and the story was dictated at me throughout. really irritating.
