Although I am not quite over 40, I am a highly sensitive woman and I identified with much of what was spoken in this book. HSP women have career and relationship challenges that may not be evident to most people. This compassionate book brings attention to the struggles while offering insightful and practical tools to navigate them. I loved how the author made space for me and showed me how crying, journaling, getting enough rest, spending time in nature and investing in my own potential were all ways of setting myself up for a secure and happy future. I recommend this book for my fellow HSP gals-life can feel like an uphill climb but we can position ourselves to benefit from our sensitivities and thrive well into later life.
