There is so much talk about longevity these days but this book is not just about adding years to your life - it's about adding life to your years. At nearly 63 years-old, Liz has effectively turned back her biological clock by decades. On a cellular level her biological age is closer to 32 years. So, how has she achieved this remarkable shift? Through a handful of simple but strategic habits woven into her daily routine.

This book is grounded in the cutting-edge science of our mighty mitochondria, the tiny powerhouses in our cells that fuel vitality and healthy ageing. How we age is not simply determined by our genes, and it is within our gift to influence our health at a fundamental cellular level to improve our healthspan.

At the heart of this new approach is a bold, science-led revelation: the primary forces of sunlight, structured water, and the Earth's energy field are the real drivers of health at a cellular level. These elemental, free-to-access biohacks go beyond diet trends and exercise fads - they are transformational, unlocking the body's innate power to repair, renew and thrive.

Alongside these groundbreaking insights, Liz shares her non-negotiable protocols - food foundations, hormone balance, sleep mastery, and strength training - the pillars proven to extend healthspan. Packed with daily action plans, pro-ageing rituals, toolkits and Liz's go-to beauty and brain-boosting supplements, this is the complete package for longer-lived vitality. Mental wellbeing strategies round out a truly holistic guide.

This is not just another wellness book, this is a revolution in pro-ageing.©2026 Liz Earle (P)2026 Hodder & Stoughton Limited

Refreshing to have, at last, a balanced view on sun exposure. Recommended reading.
Liz Earle's journey is wonderful, honest and authentic. She shows us just how much there is on offer, and how hard it is to navigate. From all her experiences and analyses, we learn that there's no one-size-fits-all path to ageing well and that, now more than ever, we need scientific scrutiny to test ideas and products rigorously.
Every time I flipped a page I thought, "Why was I not taught this at medical school?" But, on reflection, I now wonder why everyone isn't taught about the profound, actionable and often surprisingly simple

The book is a guide to living a healthier, more fulfilling life, from a woman who has lived, loved, mothered and achieved success in life and is gifting her tried, tested, science backed wisdom for the greater good. I am a slow reader so would have been still reading it for a long time but with the audio I have been listening to it everywhere I and have got through a book in record time.
I have been putting things into practice that easily do. Morning sun light, hydration and intermittent fasting. I have also been working on my sleep as well as I struggled with this for years. Always waking up at 3 and taking a long time to get back to sleep, which wakes my other half.

With Liz reading this audio makes it so easy to listen to. I am in my late thirties so hopefully the habits I do today will benefit late down the line.

So glad I bought the audio

I listened to this on Audible and it is a comprehensive and informative listen. However, I would want to refer back to many of the items and that would be easier if I bought the book. However, the main reason I would say get the book is that the audio is quite flat and uninspiring I suspect it is AI because liz has far more intonation in the interview at the end then during the book. It makes it a bit of a tough listen

Comprehensive but audible version is a tough listen
