Summary

When you’re faking a relationship, the last thing you should do is fall in love...especially with a prince.

Charlie is back in his hometown of Chester Falls for his sister's wedding. What he needs is a date to keep him away from the wandering hands of his ex.

Prince Kristof of Lydovia, or simply Kris, needs an escape from the latest press scandal. Hiding away in an American small town doesn't mean he can't pretend to not be royal or be someone's boyfriend. Especially when that someone keeps falling all over him, literally.

Intense chemistry. A family wedding. Too many secrets.

When their fake relationship starts to feel very real, and the press closes in, how will Kris and Charlie handle the fallout? And when the truth comes out, will Charlie catch his prince, or will he let him go?

Welcome to Chester Falls, where you can expect to meet sweet men, sexy situations, interfering friends, lots of feels, and a happily ever after.

This is book one in the Chester Falls series. How to Catch a Prince is a sweet and steamy MM romance novel with no cliff-hanger and a guaranteed HEA.

A pretty typical Prince and the Commoner story, nicely written, excellently narrated. It’s a feel good story with a tiny tiny bit of angst. I loved the chemistry between Kris and Charlie, Charlie’s family are great and there’s loads of potential for the book series to provide loads of entertainment. In these days of Isolation and fear it was a lovely escape from reality.

Lovely mix of fake boyfriend and royal romance. So easy to listen to and enjoy. Just perfect for when you don’t want an emotionally heavy story. The author has a wonderful sense of humour, with one of the characters called Tom Jones and the throw away line of it’s not unusual.
Nick Hudson does justice to the characters giving them personality. I especially liked the Kristof’s accent.

Sweet and lovely

Sometimes you crave an easy listening story without too much angst and over complicated plot lines. If you’re in that kind of mood, then this book is for you.

Basically, it’s man trips over another man, they become friends. Kris, who happens to be a prince hiding in rural America from the press while a scandal dies down, volunteers himself to be a fake date for Charlie, an artist who is currently working as a department manager and had to go back to his home town to attend a family wedding but doesn’t want any attention from his ex-boyfriend who will also be there.

The writing was good, the MC’s engaging and even a bit lovable. I enjoyed the narration, even the dodgy accent that I can only assume is generic eastern European.

The trope maybe an old one, but it’s a classic for a reason. Afterall, who doesn’t want to meet their prince charming?

All in all, don’t miss out on this delightful story.

I do love a royal romance and How To Catch A Prince is a great new addition to this trope.

Kris and Charlie are adorable, it is a bit instalove but I am so here for it! This is a fairly low angst story although there are a few things to work through but mainly is just a sweet love story.

Swoony

Ana Ashley & Nick Hudson made me want to vistsit Chester Falls. A sweet romance and easy listen with no major upsets in the story. Narration was good but Kris's accent comes and goes thought out the story.

Nice
