I always turn to this audible when I’m struggling, and it always, always helps! Gabby is my go-to person to listen to when I’m struggling, and somehow I feel everything she says she is saying directly to me. I started tapping when I first came across Gabby, and I have to say that it is genuinely life saving!

It was a live show recording turned into an audio book, which could have been great, but for example the tapping technique she was using could have been useful but was hard to follow without visual guidance. Overall it is not bad for an introductiory piece if you are looking for some guidance and you are new to the topic.
